This estate is located on Louisiana just north of Montgomery inside Bear Canyon Compound between the side streets of Carriage & Prairie. The address is not visible from the street but look for our signs. Please park on Carriage or Prairie. Additional parking is available in a parking lot at the corner of Louisiana & Prairie (there is a vacant building on that lot).

First Sale in Landmark's New Showroom!

We have a brand new showroom at 4606 McLeod NE, Suite C, in Albuquerque. We are starting off with a grand sale, this Saturday, September 24, from 9am until 3pm. There are new, elegant estates you've never seen, as well as a few treasures from past events with reduced prices. Our new showroom, office and warehouse are filled to the brim with treasures: Asian porcelain and art, vintage crystal chandeliers, Spanish Colonial furniture, fascinating Native American, early Isleta tin, lots of art, sculpture, and even jewelry. There are vintage clothes,books and more. 4606C Mcleod is between Jefferson and San Mateo. Turn south at the blue railing and the Medallion Deport sign. We are tucked behind Master Cabinets. August 10, 12-13: Leaping Powder

Judy Settle says: We are honored to offer this outstanding collection of the finest in Native American, Spanish Colonial and Southwestern arts!

Landmark presents #8 Leaping Powder in Santa FE. We will be offering one of the finest collections of Native American items to come to the market in recent years. The sale will be held on Wednesday, 8/10 from 1pm until 4pm with $1 admission. We will open the doors again on Friday, 8/12 from 10am until 4pm and Saturday, 8/ 13 from 9am until 3pm. Included in the collection are: Superb Native American Baskets, jewelry, pottery, beadwork and rugs; Spanish Colonial and contemporary religious art – Charlie Carillo and Marie Romero Cash; fine art, folk art, designer furnishings, fine antique furniture including a corner cabinet, tall case clock and British desk and table, and decoratives. There is also fine porcelain, Lalique and other fine glass, white ironstone, blue willow, Limoges and more. There are great men’s clothes and Western wear, including fringed, beaded jackets, cowboy boots and Stetsons. A full barn will be open as well as the home and will display artwork, Navajo rugs, ordinary household items and farm and ranch supplies and tools.

July 22 and 23: Admiral Dewey in ABQ

Landmark is holding a great sale this week at 9608 Admiral Dewey NE and we hope you'll join us. We'll be open on Friday, 7/22, from 1pm until 4pm, and Saturday, 7/23, from 9am until 3pm.
The owner is an artist and her treasures reveal her talent. There are great pieces of art, fine antiques, and funky modern pieces, as well as good Native American pieces and folk art from around the world. There are violins and a piano and an incredible French gilt mirror. There is lots to tickle your fancy.

Judy Settle Says: It's time to get Creative!

Outstanding collection from Abiqui NM imported to Warehouse!
We have been fortunate to represent the estate of a gentleman collector who lived in Abiqui, NM and we have it all ready to show you this Friday and Saturday morning. It is housed at BCR Self Storage at 520 Montano NW (just west of 4th Street, click here to view map), and we will hold it open this Friday and Saturday, 6/24 and 6/25 from 9am until noon. (We don't want to fry your brains.) Parking will be in the Saint Michael and All Angels parking lot on the North side of Montano.

The outstanding collection includes hundreds of fine paintings by artists such as Carl Von Hassler, Ray Vinella, Valerie Graves, Gibberd and many others. There is New Mexico and Mexican tinwork and a fine collections of religious art, including Bultos by Jose Mora Apodaca and other fine Santeros. The book collection is one of the finest we've encountered and includes many Southwestern books. There is also fine sterling, Asian snuff bottles, Chinese export porcelain, antique furniture, and fine bronzes. Native American items include Navajo rugs, good pueblo pottery and baskets. Deep, rich history is represented!

May 7-8: Estate of Acclaimed Artist Tom Lovell

Judy Settle says: Landmark is honored to present the estate of acclaimed artist Tom
Lovell.

This historic event will take place this Friday, May 6, from 10am until 4pm with $1 admission, and Saturday, May 7, from 9am until 3pm. The Lovell estate is at 149 Tano Rd., and the large adobe home and artists studio are both filled with the treasures and supplies of the artist’s life. Offered for sale will be his oil paintings, charcoal drawings, sketches and sketchbooks, models, paints, brushes, rolls of canvas and artist supplies of all kinds. Glenna Goodacre and other artists are included in the artist’s collection being offered. There are also beautiful antique furnishings, Royal Doulton and other fine porcelain, Lalique glass, sterling silver, exquisite glass, Jade figurines, fine Oriental rugs, pewter, crazy quilts and American coverlets, military knives and uniforms. A fascinating book collection includes art volumes and historic papers. There are lots of good quality ordinary household contents. We hope to see you there!

Judy Settle Says: Landmark is holding a sweet small sale this Saturday, 4/16, at El Castillo, 250 East Alameda Unit #714, Santa Fe (click here to view map). Unit # 714 is located in the NE corridor of the complex. Please park across the street in the public parking lot as no cars will be allowed in El Castillo! We will be open from 9:30am until 2pm. The small retirement home of a prominent Santa Fean holds a few treasures: Helen Cordero’s last storyteller, a pot by Blue Corn and several other important pueblo potters. There are Navajo rugs, a Southwestern Spanish Craftsman table, Nambe, art by Stiha, Harrill and others, Towle sterling flatware, and nice ordinary household contents.

Landmark Estates is holding an estate sale at the home of a distinguished gentleman this weekend and hope you will join us. The address is 1500 San Cristobal SW and the hours are: Friday, 2/26, 10 am until 4pm, $1 admission, and Saturday, 2/27, 9am until 3pm. This lovely home is in the Albuquerque’s Old Country Club area. Take Central Ave west of downtown to 15th Street, turn south on 15th to San Cristobal.

This full estate is filled with lovely furnishings, fine art ( Scholder, Glenna Goodacre, Quizada, Gorman) fine porcelain, ( royal Copenhagen, Lladro), Baccarat, Native American textiles and pots, a vintage Christmas collection with an emphasis on the Three Kings, Mid-century pieces including Danish teak and Florence Knolls, and good ordinary household contents.
